“I have been blown away by the upgraded community engagement events and all of the renovations to the property. Alex, Ashley, Chris, and Tony have been an amazing property management team, ensuring residents are informed and happy with property and community changes. After moving in 2021, watching the transformation from Empire Landing to Atrio has been refreshing and rewarding. First, we witnessed the upgrading of buildings being repainted, giving the entire property a cleaner, updated appearance. While the painting was being completed, we saw that the office was being renovated as well, and when we walked in, we couldn’t believe how beautiful the renovations turned out. My personal favorite has been the updated luxury theatre space and fitness center. Watching these transformations happen has been another reason to make you look forward to coming home at night. “Atrio is a beautiful apartment complex filled with lovely people who reside here. It’s clean and safe. Chris, who works at the front desk, is awesome and will go out of his way to help the residents with anything they need. Jonathan and Ashley (Property Manager) are great people as well. They’re all very nice and welcoming. The amenities are great! This community feels like a family. I couldn’t see myself staying anywhere else!”

“At this price in the valley, you can not beat this location. With my first-ever house in California, this has been incredible. The amenities are beautiful and give you a vibe of a “homey resort.” Everyone who works here is incredibly nice and helpful, and the other people who live here are also nothing but nice. A very central location 3 minutes off the highway. I’ll be here to stay! The management team can answer questions quickly, and maintenance is on your request fast too. Gated community right next to my favorite park.”

“This place is just amazing. The whole space, units, and amenities are brand new, recently renovated with top quality materials and appliances, and also a very good taste for decoration. Furthermore, the property manager Ashley Thompson is too good to be true. She walked us around with patience and kindness, paying attention to every detail of our visit to make it memorable. Even our two little kids got some juice and popcorn at the end of the tour. You must stop by this place if you are looking for rent options in Burbank, and try to find time with Ashley to make it perfect.”
